Rehlko is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Project Engineer – Supplier Quality to manage engineering projects from concept to completion at our Mosel, WI facility. You will coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and meet performance and quality goals.

The role requires a strong background in supplier quality, project coordination, and the ability to lead multiple initiatives with limited guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in quality/manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project life cycles, and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to align project phases.
• Lead supplier quality efforts and related audits for New Product Development.
• Track progress, prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change management docs.
• Prioritize tasks with the customer in mind and drive continuous improvement.
