APEX Analytix is seeking a Supplier Relations Specialist to secure supplier statements and support efficient client audits. The role involves contacting vendors by phone, email, and fax to meet weekly export targets and maintaining detailed notes in our databases.

Strong time management and independent work style are essential. The position requires on-site work in Greensboro, NC, and language skills in German, French, or Italian, with a background in customer service and accounting knowledge

Qualifications

• Fluent or strong background in German, French or Italian is required.
• 2+ years of customer service or relevant business experience.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact vendors by phone to obtain statements and hit weekly targets.
• Review and contact additional vendors with prior recoveries.
• Reco ntact vendors for updated statements when needed and export data weekly.
