Oklahoma Ag seeks a Registration Specialist to support supplier onboarding and maintenance. You will be the primary contact, handling calls, emails, and tickets while ensuring accuracy of supplier registrations and banking/identity documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or closely related field.
• Two years of procurement-related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Certification as Oklahoma Certified Procurement Officer Level 1 or must attain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound supplier phone calls and respond to emails.
• Guide suppliers through the registration and onboarding process, including required documentation.
• Validate supplier banking information and identity documentation for compliance.
• Maintain accurate supplier records across systems.
• Identify and resolve common supplier issues; escalate to Procurement, Finance, or IT when necessary.
• Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
