Job summary

The State of Oklahoma via OMES is seeking a Registration Specialist who will support suppliers through onboarding and maintenance. You will handle inbound calls and emails, process new registrations and name changes, and validate banking and identity documents for compliance.

The role emphasizes clear communication, accurate data entry, and consistent follow‑up to ensure a positive supplier experience. A combined degree and procurement experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with supplier onboarding and required documentation.
• Knowledge of file changes, banking validation, and identity checks.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete simple tasks from checklists.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound supplier calls and emails as the primary customer service function.
• Guide suppliers through onboarding and required documentation.
• Process registrations, file changes, and name changes.
• Validate banking information and identity documents to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate supplier records across systems.
• Escalate issues to senior staff when needed.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication throughout the onboarding process.
• Monitor tickets for timely follow-up and closure.
