Parker Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to monitor supplier performance against contracts and scorecards, driving continuous improvements with Supplier Quality. The role reports to the Division Supplier Development Manager and supports the strategic sourcing team.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or materials management and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Supplier Development Engineer will assist in monitoring suppliers’ performance against contractual obligations, scorecards and key performance indicators. In coordination with Supplier Quality, they will facilitate continuous improvements initiatives and problem resolution for suppliers’ failure to meet performance expectations. Position will directly report to the Division Supplier Development Manager.
Conduct evaluation of supplier’s process capability, capacity, delivery performance, output, and reporting of supplier performance.
