Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to lead quality programs for external manufacturers across Raynham, Warsaw, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Chester. The role drives supplier qualification, audits, CAPA, and risk management while aligning with GMP and regulatory standards.

The candidate will mentor a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional groups, and support internal audits and regulatory inspections as part of DePuy Synthes operations.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Scientific or related technical field is required.
• Advanced degree in engineering/scientific discipline preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in a regulated industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality and purchasing controls for external manufacturers to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Drive supplier performance through qualification, risk management, audits, and quality agreements.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation of supplier quality processes.
• Provide technical quality leadership for nonconformance, CAPA, change control, and process controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external manufacturers to mitigate risks.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team with effective training programs.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections while ensuring GMP and environmental commitments.
