Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to oversee external manufacturers across Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; West Chester, PA. You will lead supplier quality systems, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure compliant, high-quality products.

The role requires 6+ years in a regulated industry, 2+ years in management, and strong leadership in supplier collaboration. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a regulated industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Previous work experience with Suppliers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business impact of compliance issues and risk management.
• Experience in leadership roles involving project management, problem solving and technical projects.
• This individual is expected to possess high performing skills in negotiating and influencing decision makers, decision making skills, communication skills, judgement, tact and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Source Quality and Purchasing Controls for external manufacturers, ensuring supplier quality systems, process controls, and product quality requirements consistently meet regulatory standards.
• Drive Supplier Performance and Compliance through supplier qualification, quality metrics, risk management, and audits.
• Champion Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation of supplier quality processes and reporting.
• Provide Technical Quality Leadership for supplier-related quality activities including CAPA and change management.
• Partner with External Manufacturers to mitigate risks and support product lifecycle objectives.
• Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team through coaching and training.
• Support Regulatory Objectives through leadership during audits and inspections.
