Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to oversee external manufacturers across Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL or West Chester, PA. You will lead supplier quality systems, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure compliant, high-quality products.

The role requires 6+ years in a regulated industry, 2+ years in management, and strong negotiation/leadership skills. Extensive travel may be involved and GMP/ISO standards apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Scientific field required.
• Advanced degree preferred in engineering/science.
• Minimum 6 years in a regulated industry.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with suppliers and supplier quality systems.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management.
• Leadership in projects, problem solving and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality and purchasing controls for external manufacturers.
• Drive supplier performance, qualification, audits, risk management and quality metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation of QA processes.
• Provide technical leadership for nonconformance, CAPA, change control and process controls.
• Partner with manufacturers to resolve quality issues and mitigate risks.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching and training.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections while meeting GMP and safety commitments.
