Qnity is seeking a Raw Material Quality and Supplier Management Engineer to join its CMPT team in Newark, DE. The role focuses on establishing material quality requirements, supplier performance, and root-cause investigations in a fast-paced electronics materials environment.

The engineer will lead qualification planning, drive supply mitigations, and collaborate with global teams to ensure robust quality systems and on-time delivery of critical materials.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 3,000 characters?
• 5+ years in manufacturing/quality or CI engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor, specialty chemical, or pharma industries.
• Experience with customers or suppliers on development or problem resolution.
• Proficient in SPC, FMEA, DOE; familiar with JMP or Minitab.
• Strong project management and multitasking.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
