Wistron InfoComm is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality ensuring raw materials meet standards. You will identify anomalies, implement containment and corrective actions with suppliers, and conduct audits of local suppliers to prevent production disruptions.

Responsibilities include creating NCRs, coordinating material disposition, and supporting SQM and IQC collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in SQE or related fields, with strong

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 1 year in SQE, supplier development, or internal auditing.
• Strong communication in English for reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with GD&T and IPC-A-610 inspection criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Create non-conforming material reports or special approvals and verify drawings with R&D.
• Request failure analysis (FA) related to material issues.
• Evaluate and confirm raw material issues.
• Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to elevate issues to vendors and request corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure non-conforming material is kept in MRB area until final disposition.
• Coordinate segregation and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Create purge notices in WiSQMS system.
• Monitor implementation of material engineering changes in IQC.
• Create and approve SIPs and maintain records in WiSQMS.
• Follow up on SCARs related to material issues.
• Collaborate with IQC engineers to cover functions between SQM and IQC roles.
