Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Customer Quality Manager (CQM) in Newark, Delaware, to lead CMP-related customer quality initiatives. You will interface with global teams including R&D, PQE, Manufacturing, and Marketing to resolve issues and align with the customer roadmap.

You will train field engineers, communicate with top-tier customers, and drive improvements in product quality and service responsiveness. This role reports to PQE Leader in Newark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial experience in a technical engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with statistical process control methods and design of experiments.
• Ability to make good engineering judgments independently.
• Demonstrated communication skills toward external customers and to high level leaders.
• Experience in customer communication: ensuring both companies are aligned on the same goals and understandings.
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Provide CMP business-specific technical service in the region and act as customer product quality manager for assigned customer(s).
• Manage product quality and service responsiveness to top tier and strategic customers.
• Resolve complaints and requests, identify root causes, analyze data, and develop solution options with PQE, Manufacturing, and Marketing.
• Draft and communicate complaint resolution progress to customers, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Draft customer notifications/whitepapers with global PQE teams as needed.
• Coordinate across customer global contacts and internal teams to prioritize requirements into roadmaps.
• Train field service engineers and sales staff on technical aspects and issue resolution.
