Freudenberg Group is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Americas operations, located on-site in Cleveland, GA. The role emphasizes ensuring quality across supplier interactions, applying ISO standards, APQP and PPAP, with strong data analysis and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in quality or supplier quality, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
• Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, statistical tools, and audit practices.
• Experience with ISO standards, APQP, PPAP, and other core Quality tools.
• Professional level English language skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical capability with strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and data analysis tools.
• Internal auditing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
• Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, statistical tools, and audit practices.
• Experience with ISO standards, APQP, PPAP, and other core Quality tools.
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training (ASQ certifications preferred).
• Professional level English language skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical capability with strong problem solving skills.Ability to interpret customer and supplier requirements and apply them effectively.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and data analysis tools.
• Internal auditing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
