Job summary

This on-site role requires collaboration across departments and travel to supplier locations as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of manufacturing experience, strong problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with PPAPs and 8D problem solving preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and supplier relationships.
• Provide rapid response diagnostics and address supplier-related issues on the line.
• Lead PPAP and 8D processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide suppliers through 8D problem solving and PPAP guidance.
• Complete PPAPs for assigned suppliers and support NPI cost/quality efforts.
• Collaborate with quality and process engineers to resolve high-PPM parts.
