Qualifications

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier complaint and chargeback processes and drive accountability.
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone methodologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on supplier-related issues.
• Ensure supplier portals (SupplyOn/IQS) are used and compliant.
• Coordinate containment, sorting, and rework for defective material.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate for low performers.
