Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Quality Engineer to support 8D actions, quality alerts, and PPAP activities for SCU, Servo, and Sensor Unit lines. You will collaborate with QA, MFO, MFE, and design teams across multiple locations including Florence and Queretaro to drive quality improvements.

The role emphasizes problem solving, process capability, and audits, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork and adherence to QMS standards. A path for growth in a manufacturing environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced problem-solving experience (8D Method)
• Knowledge of production value streams, PFMEA’s, and Control Plans desirable
• Knowledge of Process Capability studies and gauge R&R for PPAP support
• Basic knowledge of GD&T print reading and change coordination
• Independent decision making; strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support Internal 8D’s and Quality Alerts with cross-functional teams
• Assist Plant to Plant PPAP submissions and production parts approvals
• Support MRB, audits, and compliance activities across lines
• Provide training and direction to QMM Technicians and interact with MFE/MFO
• Coordinate with Design Engineers, Sales, and Florence/Plymouth/Queretaro teams
