Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage HydraForce Supplier Quality Assurance requirements, drive PPAP submissions, and collaborate with purchasing to qualify new suppliers. You will monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery and cost, and support program reviews with Engineering and project teams.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years in quality engineering (hydraulic focus preferred), and working knowledge of APQP/PPAP, FMEA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of quality engineering experience, hydraulic industry preferred.
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, DPA, Process control plans, FMEA.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings; GD&T knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel domestically 5–10% and internationally <1%.

Responsibilities

• Define, update, and communicate supplier QA requirements internally and to suppliers.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; develop existing suppliers to meet needs.
• Monitor supplier performance: quality, delivery, cost; generate scorecards.
• Develop follow-up mechanisms to improve quality performance.
• Support project engineering during program reviews; assist PPAP documentation.
