Job summary

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support our McKinney, TX facility. The role focuses on ensuring APQP is followed for product launches and maintaining PACCAR quality standards across suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of quality-related experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and GD&T. Travel is ~30% to support supplier activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience solving quality-related problems.
• Proficient with core quality tools and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned suppliers to ensure PACCAR quality requirements and drive timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Materials, Plant Operations, and Suppliers on supplier quality issues.
• Work with PACCAR Purchasing to identify, assess, and develop new PACCAR suppliers.
• Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new product launches.
• Approximately 30% travel.
