Job summary

PACCAR's Dynacraft division in McKinney, TX seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer. You will ensure APQP adherence for launches and maintain PACCAR standards, collaborating across Quality, Purchasing, Engineering and Operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of quality experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive supplier actions. Travel ~30% and significant cross-functional teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality problem solving experience.
• Proficient with SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, 8D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PC applications including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Project management experience with milestones and schedules.
• Ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned suppliers to ensure PACCAR quality requirements and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and approvals with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations.
• Identify, assess, and develop new PACCAR suppliers with Purchasing.
• Support APQP for new product launches.
• Travel approximately 30%.
