Job summary

CNH Industrial America LLC in Oak Brook, IL seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing quality/design roles.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DVP&R, control plans and RCCA.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality relationships to meet CNH quality standards.
• Lead supplier development, process excellence, and zero-defect culture.
• Oversee new supplier selection, PSA audits and PPAP/APQP adherence.
• Drive corrective actions using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, DOE.
