Job summary

DC Dynacraft, a PACCAR company, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure APQP compliance for new product launches at the McKinney, TX facility. The role focuses on supplier quality oversight, PPAP management, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain PACCAR standards.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with core quality tools. Travel to supplier sites is expected, supporting efficient, quality-driven launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Six Sigma/Lean training preferred or willingness to complete.
• AIAG CQE or CSQP certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and inspection methods/equipment.
• Automotive APQP expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned suppliers to ensure compliance with PACCAR Supplier Quality requirements and drive timely supplier corrective actions.
• Manage PPAP submissions and approvals.
• Collaborate with Corporate Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Materials, Plant Operations, and Suppliers on supplier quality issues.
• Support APQP for new product launches.
• Identify, assess, and develop new PACCAR suppliers with PACCAR Purchasing.
• Approximately 30% travel.
