Job summary

Henkel Corporation in the United States is seeking a supplier quality specialist within Adhesive Technologies to support supplier complaint management and 8D problem solving. You will coordinate 8D actions, analyze lessons learned, and help close corrective actions.

This role emphasizes training supplier complaint coordinators on the SCMS system, escalating where needed, and partnering with SQ&D to onboard suppliers and drive regional implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, 8D effectiveness, ensuring closure of actions, communicate lessons-learnt
• Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system, incl. escalation support where needed
• Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint report and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support SQ&D in selection/ onboarding of suppliers (e.g., trial production and approval etc.) and joint development programs
• Support the SQ&D team to apply the global strategy and program in the region
• Support site activities related to RM as internal RM audit / RM SQC activities/ RM NCMR activities
