This role emphasizes training supplier complaint coordinators on the SCMS system, escalating where needed, and partnering with SQ&D to onboard suppliers and drive regional implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, 8D effectiveness, ensuring closure of actions, communicate lessons-learnt
• Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system, incl. escalation support where needed
• Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint report and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support SQ&D in selection/ onboarding of suppliers (e.g., trial production and approval etc.) and joint development programs
• Support the SQ&D team to apply the global strategy and program in the region
• Support site activities related to RM as internal RM audit / RM SQC activities/ RM NCMR activities
