Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferred) with 3-5 years of Quality and laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO/QS standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000) and quality system requirements.
• Six Sigma or statistical analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality investigations, NCMRs, customer complaints, and corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical, chemical, and performance testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain laboratory operations through equipment calibration, inventory management, and sample preparation activities.
• Coordinate sample documentation and shipments to customers, suppliers, and external testing laboratories.
• Support audits, inspections, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams while promoting safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
