Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the Prop A-TG team in Missouri. This 1st shift, onsite role requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Secret Clearance. You will manage supplier performance, develop relationships, and drive procurement strategies across contract phases. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supplier management, procurement practices, and enforcing technical requirements, with a technical degree.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
  • 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
  • 3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets.
  • Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases.
  • Conducts supplier assessments.
  • Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance.
  • Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
  • Provides data to support communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities.
