Job summary

Boeing in Hazelwood or Berkley, Missouri, is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to lead supplier and program management for Prop A-TG.

This 1st shift, 100% onsite role requires extensive experience in supplier management, procurement practices and technical requirements, with eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance. Travel up to 25% may be required; relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in a technical field (math, science, IT).
• 5+ years managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products/services.
• 5+ years with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement practices.
• 5+ years creating, interpreting or enforcing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs.
• Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and program.
• Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.
• Leads supplier assessments and development of recovery plans, corrective and preventive actions.
• Leads development of procurement strategies for company or business unit.
• Provides oversight and verification of work movement projects.
• Communicates performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Manages work movement plans.
