Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, Missouri seeks an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the A-MH team. You will provide technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets and develop stakeholder relationships across contract phases.

The role is 100% onsite, requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (Interim/Final Secret). Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a math, scientific or information technology field.
• 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 3+ years of experience creating, interpreting and enforcing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets.
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phases.
• Conducts supplier assessments.
• Reviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance.
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
• Provides data to support communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities.
