Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Missouri (Hazelwood/Berkeley) seeks an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the Prop A-TG team. The role emphasizes supplier performance, contract management and procurement compliance.

Position is 100% onsite, first shift, with travel up to 25%. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance required. A technical degree and 3+ years in supplier management preferred, relocation assistance not offered.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• More than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets
• Develops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance across contract phases
• Conducts supplier assessments
• Reviews current and projected work statements to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
• Evaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
• Provides data to support communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities
