Job summary

The Koch Enterprises Finance team in Wichita, KS is hiring a Business Process Analyst to support the supplier onboarding team. You will help streamline onboarding, ensure financial controls, and improve vendor data accuracy across ERP systems.

This role requires clear written and verbal communication, collaboration across procurement, finance, IT and operations, and a proactive approach to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers through various dedicated platforms.
• Ensure sound financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of Vendor Master Data in multiple ERP systems.
• Review and validate information and supporting documentation (Tax ID, bank details) per internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, IT to enable supplier onboarding.
