Job summary

Koch is seeking a Business Process Supervisor in the Enterprise Finance team to lead and develop a capable staff, champion PBM culture, and drive operational excellence across supplier onboarding and vendor master data activities.

You will partner with diverse business leaders, oversee multiple ERP systems, and leverage data insights to inform strategic initiatives, ensuring strong internal controls and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of supplier onboarding and vendor master data across multiple ERP systems.
• Lead and coach teams to align with PBM culture and business objectives.
• Monitor workload, throughput, turnaround, and quality to meet business demands.
• Leverage data/analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and process standards.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to drive transformation and value.
