Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent with 10+ years in supplier management and development, medical device exp.
• Minimum 5 years leading supplier development or supplier quality engineering teams.
• Proven ability to hire, grow and mentor staff; strong technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Supplier Engineering and Development program.
• Build, own and drive a vision for developing suppliers.
• Own and drive supplier variances from symptom through root cause analysis to corrective action.
