Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Sr. Supplier Manufacturing Engineer focused on machining. The role drives supplier performance to meet ISI quality, cost, and delivery targets across NPI and production.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years related experience in engineering and manufacturing of MIM, PIM, and/or Machining.
Experience with supplier qualification deliverables (PFMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, Inspection Reports, Gage R&R, Process Capability).
Ability to drive supplier cost reductions, capacity improvements, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

Ensure suppliers meet ISI quality, service, delivery, and cost requirements.
Drive supplier improvements and select suppliers for new products and DFM input to designs.
Support NPI and ongoing production; monitor supplier performance and drive CAPA.
Lead supplier changes through engineering change orders and manage deviations.
