• Able to read schematics and drawings; collect data with Linux, Matlab, etc.
• Proficient in data analysis using Minitab/JMP, Python, SQL, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Create and improve manufacturing processes to analyze returns and root causes.
• Perform failure analysis on PCBAs and electromechanical assemblies using docs and tests.
• Identify failure trends via DMAIC/8D/Fishbone/5 Whys and data analysis.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to address manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and qualifying measurements on equipment.
