Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. seeks a Supplier & Customer Quality Engineer to be the key quality interface across the external value chain. You will investigate, drive corrective actions, and improve product and process quality, working with suppliers and customers to meet all quality requirements.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong communication. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in quality roles in regulated manufacturing and experience with RCCA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, Supplier/Customer Quality, or related manufacturing quality role.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Quality interface with suppliers and customers to resolve concerns.
• Lead RCCA investigations for supplier nonconformities and customer complaints.
• Interpret requirements and ensure incorporation into manufacturing and supplier processes.
• Drive supplier quality performance through qualification and continuous improvement.
• Support audits and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Provide training on quality requirements to internal teams and suppliers.
