Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to drive resolution of customer complaints and translate their requirements onto the plant floor. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to identify root causes and implement effective quality improvements.

Responsibilities include RCCA and SCAR activities, developing quality documentation, and supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3–5+ years equivalent experience in a medical device or aerospace environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality role.
• 2+ years in a customer complaint analysis or investigative role.
• 1+ years gathering data and performing RCCA.
• Experience in aerospace, medical device, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints from intake through closure with timely resolution.
• Interface with customers to implement quality requirements on the plant floor.
• Develop and maintain processes for tracking and analyzing customer feedback and quality issues.
• Conduct RCCA investigations and SCARs as required by customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service to resolve quality concerns.
