Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a dedicated and proactive Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. You will manage and drive the resolution of customer complaints while interfacing directly with customers to implement their requirements onto the plant floor.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. The role requires 3-5+ years in a medical device or aerospace environment and experience performing RCCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years in a medical device or aerospace environment
• 3+ years in a quality role
• 2+ years in a customer complaint analysis or investigative role
• 1+ years gathering data and performing RCCA

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints from intake through closure, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Interface directly with customers to understand and implement their quality requirements on the plant floor.
• Help develop and maintain processes for tracking and analyzing customer feedback and quality issues.
• Conduct RCCA investigations and complete SCARs as required by customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and quality metrics.
• Support training on quality standards and processes for team members.
