Job summary

VulcanForms is seeking a dedicated Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Massachusetts. You will manage customer complaints from intake to closure, interfacing with customers to implement quality requirements on the plant floor and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.

You will conduct RCCA investigations and SCARs, develop quality documentation, and drive continuous improvements based on feedback and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5+ years equivalent experience in a medical device or aerospace environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality job role.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer complaint analysis or investigative role.
• 1+ years of experience gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints from intake through closure, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Interface directly with customers to understand and implement their quality requirements on the plant floor.
• Help develop and maintain processes for tracking and analyzing customer feedback and quality issues.
• Conduct RCCA investigations and complete Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) as required by customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and quality metrics.
• Support training on quality standards and processes for team members.
