Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, charts and formulas.
• Prior accounting/collection experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Clarify problems or issues with suppliers to facilitate collections.
• Compile month-end billing backups and send to BSG for processing.
• Process month-end interfaces for automated bill back.
• Process supplier quantity and financial depletions.
• Track monthly supplier bank recaps.
• Process incentive payouts for payroll and bill back and track sales payouts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
