Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and federal guidelines.
• Experience in accounting/collections.
• Proficiency with Excel for pivot tables, charts, and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Clarify problems or issues presented by suppliers to facilitate collections on their behalf.
• Compile month-end backups and send to BSG for final processing.
• Process month-end interfaces for all automated bill back.
• Process supplier quantity and financial depletions.
• Track monthly supplier bank recaps.
• Process incentive payouts for payroll and bill back and track individual sales payouts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
