The U.S. Marshals Service is seeking a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst for the Training Division, based in Arlington, VA and Glynco, GA.
The role focuses on budget formulation and execution, and overseeing contracts and procurement to support program objectives. You will develop administrative policies, prepare management reports, and advise program staff to improve efficiency and outcomes across the division.
Training Division - Arlington, VA ; Glynco, GA The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for the Training Division's budget formulation and execution; management of contracts and procurement; formulation of administrative policies and good business practices; the preparation of management reports, etc.
Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0343-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
Must have at least one year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized work experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties:
