Position Overview/Duties About the Position: As a Supervisory Resident Engineer, incumbent is expected to plan, implement, and accomplish program objectives with a high degree of independence within available guidelines. These include the regulations, program directives and policies of this and higher headquarters, major construction contracts construction industry standards, and pertinent Federal policies of those other Federal Agencies having a necessary interest in the work.
