About the Position: This position is located within the Lyster Army Health Clinic (LAHC) at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Serves as Deputy Chief of the Managed Care Division, overseeing patient appointing, referral management, TRICARE operations, data analysis, and staff supervision to ensure access to care, compliance, process improvement, and effective clinic support across LAHC.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience analyzing clinic performance data to support improvements in access-to-care and provider scheduling; and evaluating healthcare support contracts to confirm compliance and proper service delivery.; and leading administrative and clinical support staff to maintain consistent workflow and operational quality. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11 or above.
