Job summary

GoGoMeds is seeking a Supervisory Data Entry Technician to oversee the Data Entry Department within our mail-order pharmacy. This full-time leadership role ensures technicians across locations maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while managing departmental performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, conducting reviews, enforcing attendance policies, mentoring staff, and communicating with clients to troubleshoot orders and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• 2–3 years of Lead experience.
• PTCB Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Entry Department across locations and ensure policy adherence.
• Hire and staff appropriately; conduct annual reviews.
• Provide disciplinary actions as needed; write-ups when necessary.
• Monitor outputs/workflows; set goals based on workload and capabilities.
• Update training resources or create new material as needed.
• Externally communicate with clients for order troubleshooting and SLA adherence.

Job Summary

GoGoMeds is seeking a Supervisory Data Entry Technician to oversee and support the Data Entry Department within our mail-order pharmacy. This full-time leadership role ensures pharmacy technicians across multiple locations maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while managing departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold company policies for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department, including attendance policy and occurrence tracking
• Review PTO/Sick Time requests for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department
• Determine appropriate staffing level and hire technicians as appropriate
• Perform annual reviews for each data entry team member
• Provide written warnings, write-ups, etc. when disciplinary action needed
• Oversee Data Entry output and workflows, monitoring technician performance and setting individual goals based on tasks, workload, and capabilities
• Update existing training resources as necessary or create new material as needed
• External communication with clients for order troubleshooting and resolution
• Understand and uphold SLAs for clients

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare administration, or related field), or equivalent relatable experience
• At least 2-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• At least 2-3 years of Lead experience
• PTCB Certified (Preferred)
