Role Overview: A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance and quality of subordinates to ensure timely processing of parts orders, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include receipt, processing, storing, picking, packing, shipping, invoicing, and managing safety and maintenance issues, as well as other duties as assigned or in the absence of the site Manager.

Your Impact:

• Set expectations and hold team accountable for Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance, modeling appropriate behavior.
• Instruct and supervise warehouse staff, delegate duties, review performance, and provide training for efficiency.
• Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations and maintain necessary records.
• Ensure cost control and quality production, evaluate complaints, and respond to promote positive relationships.
• Inspect work to uphold quality standards and maintain the facility in the absence of the site Manager, taking immediate action when needed.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; business management education preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant warehouse supervision experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment parts, machinery, and company procedures.
