Job description

Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of receiving, selection, and loading of product, maintaining productivity levels for hourly team members. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Desired Previous Job Experience
  • 2-5 years supervisory experience
  • High School diploma or higher (degree preferred)
Minimum Position Qualifications
  • At least two years of leadership experience
  • Highly motivated, energetic, with a strong sense of urgency in addressing issues
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Essential Job Functions
  • Communicate daily operational activities with supervisors and manager
  • Promote safety and sanitation in all areas
  • Plan production and staffing needs weekly and daily
  • Collaborate across departments to maximize productivity
  • Ensure order accuracy standards are met
  • Conduct meetings with hourly associates
  • Oversee personnel records for all associates
  • Assist in developing and training hourly staff
  • Generate productivity reports, monitor labor standards, and manage labor hours within budget
  • Supervise and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback
  • Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations
