ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

People Leader

• Develop warehouse staff members assigned to the area.
• Ensure all operation associates perform their duties according to SOPs.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Demonstrate effective problem investigation and resolution skills.
• Monitor, track, and discipline staff as necessary.
• Facilitate a safe operational environment, enforcing all safety requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with cGDP and cGMP, training employees, supervising tasks based on client needs, evaluating process improvements, responding to client requests, and managing safety incident reports.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in a 3PL/warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of experience with perishable, temperature-sensitive goods.
• Effective reasoning, problem-solving, and team pacing skills.
• Ability to operate IT hardware and software relevant to daily tasks.
• Empathy and tact in communication and safe operation of power equipment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with inventory control, cost-saving initiatives, production scheduling, lean manufacturing, 5S, product implementation, and launch.
• Experience with WMS systems like AS 400, MARC, Manhattan, SAP, Red Prairie, and MS Office tools.
• 2-3 years in warehouse roles, preferably in receiving.
