Job summary

Carpenter Technology Corporation in Athens, AL is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the VIM area on day shift. You will provide guidance and supervision to production employees and plan scheduling within your area.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. You will uphold safety plans, promote company policies, and lead teams to meet department and company goals.

Day Shift Position
