Job summary

Carpenter Technology Corporation seeks a Supervisor Maintenance in Oklahoma to lead and guide a team responsible for maintenance operations on the shop floor. Qualifications

  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment.
  • Practical understanding of industrial/maintenance principles, standards, methods and practices.
  • Knowledge of disciplined problem-solving methods, and of positive employee relations practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability; sets high expectations for performance.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, including motivation to discover Win-Win outcomes whenever possible.
