Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily workflows for vaulting, authentication coordination, and fulfillment on the Fanatics Collect platform. You will provide frontline supervision to ensure accurate, efficient execution and SLA adherence.

In this role, you will supervise vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment, coordinate with authentication and logistics partners, and drive KPI performance while mentoring staff and ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environments.
• Prior experience leading or supporting frontline teams.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Operations supports daily operational workflows for the Fanatics Collect platform, including intake, authentication coordination, vault operations, and fulfillment. Working Conditions

Based in a fulfillment or vault facility with occasional evening/weekend support during peak periods. Limited travel may be required.
