Job summary

Fanatics in Tigard, OR is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor, Vault Operations to oversee vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment on a Thu-Sat schedule. This role provides frontline supervision to ensure accurate, timely handling of collectibles and adherence to SLAs.

The Supervisor will monitor KPIs, assign tasks, and coordinate with authentication, logistics, and customer experience teams, while upholding safety and security standards in a vault facility.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Operations supports daily operational workflows for the Fanatics Collect platform, including intake, authentication coordination, vault operations, and fulfillment. This role provides frontline supervision to ensure accurate, efficient execution of processes and adherence to service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment workflows
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound collectibles
• Monitor KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, throughput) and escalated issues as needed
• Assign tasks and provide day-to-day direction to operations staff
• Support onboarding and training to ensure adherence to SOPs
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues; escalated complex challenges
• Coordinate with partners (authentication, logistics, customer experience)
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environments
• Prior experience leading or supporting frontline teams
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

Based in a fulfillment or vault facility with occasional evening/weekend support during peak periods. Limited travel may be required.
