Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Tigard, OR is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily workflows across vaulting, inventory, and fulfillment on the Fanatics Collect platform.

You will supervise frontline staff, ensure timely handling of inbound and outbound collectibles, and monitor KPIs while coordinating with authentication, logistics and customer experience teams.

Based in a fulfillment or vault facility with occasional evening/weekend shifts during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environments.
• Prior experience leading or supporting frontline teams.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or fulfillment systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Operations supports daily operational workflows for the Fanatics Collect platform, including intake, authentication coordination, vault operations, and fulfillment. This role provides frontline supervision to ensure accurate, efficient execution of processes and adherence to service-level agreements.
